We have a special place in our hearts when it comes to local charities and the people they help, and this month we prepared a delicious wine-paired six-course dinner to benefit the Spokane Guild School.  Rick and Joni Sorenson hosted this fabulous evening, which included pairing wine from their very prestigious wine cellar.  In fact, we were able to create a dish that paired with a bottle of wine that was worth over $1300!
